Overview of Time Log Settings Page
This page provides various toggle switches to control the behavior of time tracking, including automatic actions, reminders, and approval workflows.
Time Log Configuration Options (Toggle Switches):
Each option has a toggle switch to enable or disable the feature.
1. Stop timer automatically after shift end time

Purpose: If enabled, any active time trackers will automatically stop recording once an employee's scheduled shift ends.

How to Use: Click the toggle switch to enable (green/right) or disable (gray/left) this automatic function.
2. Time log will require approval

Purpose: If enabled, submitted time logs will require approval from a manager or administrator before they are finalized.

How to Use: Click the toggle switch to enable (green/right) or disable (gray/left) the approval requirement for time logs.
3. Send time tracker reminders

Purpose: If enabled, the system will send reminders related to time tracking (e.g., to start/stop timers, or for overdue time entries).

How to Use: Click the toggle switch to enable (green/right) or disable (gray/left) time tracker reminders.
4. Send Daily Timelog Report

Purpose: If enabled, a daily summary report of time logs will be sent out.

How to Use: Click the toggle switch to enable (green/right) or disable (gray/left) the daily time log report.
Saving Your Changes

After making any modifications to the time log settings, click the green "Save" button.

Your changes will be saved and applied.
