Ticket Groups
Overview of "Manage Groups" Fields
The modal allows you to view existing groups and add new ones.
Existing Groups Section:

#: This column would display the serial number for each group.

Group: This column would list the names of currently added groups.

Action: This column would typically contain options to edit or delete existing groups.

Current Status: "No group added." indicates that no groups have been created yet.
Add New Group Section:
1. Group Name*

Purpose: To define a new group for organizing your ticket agents (e.g., Sales, Support, Technical). This is a mandatory field.

Example:
e.g. Sales, Support, etc. -
How to Fill: Type the desired name for the new group into this text field.
Actions within the Modal

Cancel: Click the "Cancel" button to close the modal window without adding a new group.

Save: Click the green "Save" button to add the new group with the specified name. If the mandatory "Group Name" field is left blank, you will receive an error message prompting you to complete it.

Close (X icon): Click the 'x' icon in the top right corner of the modal window to close it without saving, similar to the "Cancel" button.
