User Dropdown Menu Manual
This manual explains the options available in the user dropdown menu, typically located at the top-left corner of the application interface, next to your profile picture and name. This menu provides quick access to personal settings, team management, and display preferences.
Dropdown Menu Options
1. Your Profile Link

Display: Your name (e.g., "Adam Harith") with a gray silhouette icon.

Purpose: To quickly navigate to your personal "Profile Settings" page, where you can update your details, password, etc.

How to Use: Click on your name within the dropdown.

Edit Icon: The pencil icon next to your name also serves the same purpose, allowing you to directly go to your profile for editing.
2. Invite member to [Your Company Name]

Display: "Invite member to Adam Test" (Your company name will be displayed here) with a person-plus-sign icon.

Purpose: To invite new users (employees, clients, etc.) to join your application instance.

How to Use: Click this option. This will likely open a new page or modal window where you can enter details to send an invitation.
3. Dark Mode Toggle

Display: "Dark Mode" with a toggle switch.

Purpose: To switch the application's visual theme between a light background and a dark background. This can be useful for eye comfort in different lighting conditions.

How to Use: Click the toggle switch:

Enabled (Green/Right position): Activates Dark Mode.

Disabled (Gray/Left position): Activates Light Mode (or reverts to default).

4. Logout

Display: "Logout" with a power icon.

Purpose: To securely log out of your current session in the application.

How to Use: Click this option to end your session and return to the login page.
