App Setting App Settings App Settings Tab   This tab contains the following configurable options: 1. Date Format Purpose: Determines how dates are displayed throughout the application. Current Setting (Example): d-m-Y (27-06-2025) How to Change: Click the dropdown menu and select your desired date format. 2. Time Format Purpose: Determines how times are displayed throughout the application. Current Setting (Example): 12 Hour(s) (08:27 pm) How to Change: Click the dropdown menu and select your desired time format (e.g., 12-hour or 24-hour format). 3. Default Timezone Purpose: Sets the default timezone for the application, which impacts timestamp displays and scheduling. Current Setting (Example): Asia/Kuala_Lumpur How to Change: Click the dropdown menu and select your desired default timezone. 4. Default Currency Purpose: Sets the default currency used for financial transactions and displays within the application. Current Setting (Example): RM (MYR) How to Change: Click the dropdown menu and select your desired default currency. 5. Language Purpose: Sets the default language for the application's user interface. Current Setting (Example): English How to Change: Click the dropdown menu and select your preferred language. 6. Datatable Row Limit Purpose: Controls the maximum number of rows displayed per page in data tables throughout the application. This can impact performance for very large datasets. Current Setting (Example): 100 How to Change: Enter your desired row limit in the provided text field. 7. Employee can export data Purpose: This checkbox determines whether employees have the permission to export data from the application. Current Setting (Example): Checked (meaning employees can export data) How to Change: Check or uncheck the box to enable or disable data export for employees. Client Sign Up Settings Overview of Client Sign Up Settings Tab   This tab allows you to enable or disable client self-registration and provides the URL for client sign-up.   Configurable Options   1. Allow Client Signup Purpose: This checkbox controls whether clients are permitted to register themselves directly through a sign-up link. If checked: Clients can register using the provided "Client Signup URL". If unchecked: Clients cannot self-register, and you would typically manage client accounts manually. How to Change: Click the checkbox to enable or disable client signup. 2. Client Signup URL Purpose: This is the unique web address that clients will use to register for your service if "Allow Client Signup" is enabled. Display: The URL is displayed in a non-editable text field. Copy Functionality: To easily share the URL, click the "Copy" button next to the URL field. This will copy the URL to your clipboard, allowing you to paste it into emails, websites, or other communication channels. Important Note: Below the URL, there's a message: " (This URL will be used by the client to register on the website.) " This reinforces the purpose of the URL.   Saving Your Changes   After making any modifications (i.e., checking or unchecking "Allow Client Signup"): Click the green "Save" button at the bottom of the "Client Sign Up Settings" section. A confirmation message should appear to indicate that your settings have been successfully saved.
